Lauren Rimmer is a recognised specialist in corporate responsibility and business strategy, with over a decade of experience working across the construction sector. Her deep, practical understanding of how the industry operates - from boardrooms to building sites - gives her unique insight into the structural and cultural challenges businesses face.
She works with executive teams to embed corporate responsibility into the foundations of business - aligning strategic goals with ethical leadership, stakeholder trust, and long-term commercial performance. Drawing on her in-depth knowledge of industry dynamics, Lauren supports leaders to shift culture, strengthen governance, and position their organisations for sustainable, responsible growth.

Lauren is a strategic leader in social value and impact, known for helping organisations turn purpose into measurable, business-aligned outcomes. Combining lived experience with professional authority, Lauren has led national campaigns, overseen complex multi-stakeholder programmes, and designed high-impact, skills-based initiatives across the UK. Her work is grounded in evidence and driven by a belief in systems change, enabling businesses to lead with integrity and deliver long-term, meaningful impact.

Accounts & Administration

Our Founding Story
Construct Change was born out of experience - more than a decade spent working across construction sites, offices, and leadership teams. Along the way, we kept seeing the same patterns emerge.
Great businesses. Talented people. The right intentions.
But progress too often stalled - not because of technical barriers, but because of something more human.
Communication would break down. Cultures would fragment. The connection to communities and social purpose would fade into the background.
We saw an opportunity to do things differently.
